when i lived in california, i always called it soda. when we moved to colorado, it was pop.
but i don't call pop in oregon, and i don't know anyone who does. maybe because we're all california transplants? sarahn
Definitely soda in California. In Oregon I'm not so sure I've heard one term more than another. Some people use Coke to mean anything fizzy. Maybe Portland has so many transplants from other places that there is no universal term?
