Yes, they recycle but they won't pick up from a residence that has more than 4 apartments. There are 5 apartments in my building. This means that I have to take my recycling to a drop-off location. My guess is that no one around here does that. Garbage was picked up on Tuesday and all three bins are full already.
Nice work, Omaha. Way to motivate people to recycle.
